US Customs at Pearson

With US Customs and Border Protection (US CBP) at Pearson Airport, travellers to the US are able to clear US customs and immigration before boarding their flight.

Priority lines

NEXUS cardholders and airline passengers in wheelchairs or with mobility issues may use a dedicated line at US customs by showing their boarding pass and a valid Nexus card or Customs Declaration form or card.

Some passengers can use the Automated Passport Control kiosks which make it easier and faster to move through US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) processing by automating the traditional paper declaration form.

To use the kiosk, passengers will need one or more of the following:

  • A valid B1/B2 Visa
  • An Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)
  • A Legal Permanent Resident Card
  • A Border Crossing Card
  • An American Passport or Canadian passport
